THESE!!!! Okay, so this was more than a few days ago, but I'm VERY proud of myself. I consider myself a pretty self-motivated person and if I want to learn how to do something I go and do it. So recently, I taught myself how to can peaches. I went and picked the peaches myself at an orchard here and canned them. I thought it was actually fairly easy and they taste AMAZING!!! I will definitely be canning more in the future.
As I sit and read this post, I myself am eating canned peaches. I canned peaches last weekend!

I left the hard part up to my Mom and Sis.
