37 Weeks. No Progession

Well the at the doctor's appointment today he told us that I was still at 1cm and 50% effaced.  No progress... I prepared myself to hear that, but a little part of me still wanted to hear that I had made progress.  But knowing that my baby will be here in around 20 days or less is pretty darn exciting!  The doctor also felt the baby and has now changed his mind in thinking that the baby is probably around 7 pounds right now instead of being "larger than average" like he has said in the past.  So now I guess I should really just prepare myself for 2 1/2 more weeks of pregnancy before he arrives.
